馬鈴薯淀粉生產廢水處理方法

馬鈴(ling)薯(shu)(shu)營養和(he)經濟價(jia)值均高,廣泛應用于食(shi)品、淀(dian)(dian)(dian)粉(fen),飼料(liao)和(he)醫藥等(deng)工業,尤其淀(dian)(dian)(dian)粉(fen)工業。隨著經濟的(de)飛速(su)發展,馬鈴(ling)薯(shu)(shu)淀(dian)(dian)(dian)粉(fen)企業生產規模和(he)生產能力都不斷提升。但馬鈴(ling)薯(shu)(shu)淀(dian)(dian)(dian)粉(fen)在生產過程中,平均約6.5t馬鈴(ling)薯(shu)(shu),能夠產出1t淀(dian)(dian)(dian)粉(fen),5t薯(shu)(shu)渣和(he)20t廢水(shui)。該廢水(shui)成分復雜,直接排放,既浪費物質資源(yuan)和(he)水(shui)資源(yuan),又(you)嚴重(zhong)污染生態環境。
馬(ma)(ma)鈴(ling)薯(shu)(shu)淀(dian)粉(fen)(fen)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)水(shui)(shui)為(wei)(wei)馬(ma)(ma)鈴(ling)薯(shu)(shu)淀(dian)粉(fen)(fen)生(sheng)(sheng)產中(zhong)(zhong)產生(sheng)(sheng)的廢(fei)(fei)(fei)水(shui)(shui),可分為(wei)(wei)3類(lei):***1類(lei)是(shi)馬(ma)(ma)鈴(ling)薯(shu)(shu)清(qing)洗水(shui)(shui),主要含(han)有(you)(you)小馬(ma)(ma)鈴(ling)薯(shu)(shu)、根、芽、葉、草和泥沙等(deng);***2類(lei)是(shi)馬(ma)(ma)鈴(ling)薯(shu)(shu)淀(dian)粉(fen)(fen)提(ti)取廢(fei)(fei)(fei)水(shui)(shui),也稱(cheng)蛋白(bai)(bai)(bai)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)水(shui)(shui),主要由馬(ma)(ma)鈴(ling)薯(shu)(shu)銼磨階(jie)段產生(sheng)(sheng),占總(zong)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)水(shui)(shui)量的10%~20%,含(han)有(you)(you)大量可溶(rong)性蛋白(bai)(bai)(bai),少量淀(dian)粉(fen)(fen)微粒和纖維等(deng)不溶(rong)物(wu)(wu),渾濁度(du)高,為(wei)(wei)主要污染源(yuan);***3類(lei)是(shi)淀(dian)粉(fen)(fen)清(qing)洗水(shui)(shui)。其中(zhong)(zhong)***1、3類(lei)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)水(shui)(shui)可循環利(li)用,僅蛋白(bai)(bai)(bai)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)水(shui)(shui)需要處理。蛋白(bai)(bai)(bai)廢(fei)(fei)(fei)水(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)主要含(han)有(you)(you)淀(dian)粉(fen)(fen)、纖維、蛋白(bai)(bai)(bai)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)、氨(an)基酸(suan)、有(you)(you)機(ji)(ji)酸(suan)、脂肪(fang)、糖類(lei)、維生(sheng)(sheng)素等(deng)高濃(nong)度(du)有(you)(you)機(ji)(ji)物(wu)(wu)。其中(zhong)(zhong),蛋白(bai)(bai)(bai)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)含(han)量約(yue)2000~8000mg/L,化(hua)學耗(hao)氧(yang)量(COD)約(yue)6000~30000mg/L,固體(ti)懸浮物(wu)(wu)(SS)約(yue)8500~10000mg/L,回收利(li)用潛力(li)大。但直接生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)降解難(nan)度(du)高,且(qie)造成(cheng)其中(zhong)(zhong)蛋白(bai)(bai)(bai)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)等(deng)有(you)(you)用物(wu)(wu)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)流失浪(lang)費。故處理淀(dian)粉(fen)(fen)提(ti)取廢(fei)(fei)(fei)水(shui)(shui)宜(yi)以資源(yuan)化(hua)利(li)用為(wei)(wei)主,生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)(wu)處理為(wei)(wei)輔(fu)。
馬(ma)鈴薯(shu)淀粉(fen)廢水的特點在于廢水量(liang)隨馬(ma)鈴薯(shu)淀粉(fen)生產(chan)(chan)季(ji)節(jie)性波(bo)動(dong)變化大。每年(nian)生產(chan)(chan)期主要集中于當年(nian)10月(yue)至翌年(nian)1月(yue)寒冷的秋冬之季(ji),屬短周期間歇(xie)性生產(chan)(chan),同時(shi)數目眾多的小型企業生產(chan)(chan)規(gui)模較小;廢水蛋白質含量(liang)高,曝氣處(chu)理時(shi)會(hui)產(chan)(chan)生大量(liang)泡(pao)沫。

馬鈴薯(shu)淀(dian)(dian)粉廢水(shui)(shui)經地(di)下(xia)管道流(liu)至格柵,以去除(chu)大(da)顆粒懸浮(fu)物(wu),出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)水(shui)(shui)進(jin)入(ru)(ru)(ru)調(diao)節(jie)池進(jin)行(xing)(xing)水(shui)(shui)質、水(shui)(shui)量調(diao)節(jie)。調(diao)節(jie)池出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)水(shui)(shui)提(ti)升進(jin)入(ru)(ru)(ru)厭(yan)氧(yang)(yang)池,厭(yan)氧(yang)(yang)池采(cai)(cai)用(yong)升流(liu)式(shi)厭(yan)氧(yang)(yang)污(wu)(wu)(wu)泥(ni)床反(fan)應(ying)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(UASB),25~35 ℃中溫(wen)運(yun)行(xing)(xing),污(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)從厭(yan)氧(yang)(yang)污(wu)(wu)(wu)泥(ni)床底(di)部流(liu)入(ru)(ru)(ru)與污(wu)(wu)(wu)泥(ni)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)混(hun)合(he)接觸(chu),污(wu)(wu)(wu)泥(ni)中的(de)微(wei)(wei)生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)分解(jie)(jie)污(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)中的(de)有(you)機物(wu),將其(qi)轉化(hua)為沼氣(qi)。泥(ni)水(shui)(shui)氣(qi)混(hun)合(he)物(wu)上(shang)升進(jin)入(ru)(ru)(ru)三相分離器(qi)(qi)(qi),沼氣(qi)穿(chuan)過水(shui)(shui)層進(jin)入(ru)(ru)(ru)氣(qi)室,由導管導出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)。泥(ni)水(shui)(shui)混(hun)合(he)液進(jin)入(ru)(ru)(ru)三相分離器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)沉(chen)淀(dian)(dian)區(qu),污(wu)(wu)(wu)泥(ni)發生(sheng)(sheng)絮凝(ning)(ning),在(zai)重(zhong)力作用(yong)下(xia)沉(chen)降;沉(chen)淀(dian)(dian)至斜壁上(shang)的(de)污(wu)(wu)(wu)泥(ni)沿著(zhu)斜壁滑回厭(yan)氧(yang)(yang)反(fan)應(ying)區(qu)內,與污(wu)(wu)(wu)泥(ni)分離后(hou)的(de)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)水(shui)(shui)從沉(chen)淀(dian)(dian)區(qu)溢流(liu)堰上(shang)部溢出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu),排(pai)出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)污(wu)(wu)(wu)泥(ni)床。厭(yan)氧(yang)(yang)池出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)水(shui)(shui)重(zhong)力流(liu)入(ru)(ru)(ru)好(hao)氧(yang)(yang)池,好(hao)氧(yang)(yang)池采(cai)(cai)用(yong)序批式(shi)生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)膜反(fan)應(ying)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(SBBR),大(da)量的(de)微(wei)(wei)生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)凝(ning)(ning)聚在(zai)填料表面上(shang),在(zai)好(hao)氧(yang)(yang)條件(jian)下(xia),污(wu)(wu)(wu)水(shui)(shui)中的(de)溶解(jie)(jie)性(xing)有(you)機質在(zai)微(wei)(wei)生(sheng)(sheng)物(wu)的(de)生(sheng)(sheng)化(hua)作用(yong)下(xia)轉化(hua)成無(wu)機質。好(hao)氧(yang)(yang)池出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)水(shui)(shui)重(zhong)力流(liu)入(ru)(ru)(ru)混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)反(fan)應(ying)池,在(zai)此投加(jia)適量的(de)絮凝(ning)(ning)劑。混(hun)凝(ning)(ning)反(fan)應(ying)池出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)水(shui)(shui)流(liu)入(ru)(ru)(ru)沉(chen)淀(dian)(dian)池,進(jin)行(xing)(xing)泥(ni)水(shui)(shui)分離。沉(chen)淀(dian)(dian)池出(chu)(chu)(chu)(chu)水(shui)(shui)進(jin)入(ru)(ru)(ru)中間水(shui)(shui)池,調(diao)節(jie)水(shui)(shui)質、水(shui)(shui)量,使其(qi)均(jun)勻穩定,有(you)利于后(hou)續處理。然后(hou)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)氣(qi)浮(fu),采(cai)(cai)用(yong)HRQF-20(B)型氣(qi)浮(fu)裝置,進(jin)行(xing)(xing)深度處理后(hou)排(pai)放。
該系統產生的污泥通過污泥濃縮池濃縮脫水后,泥餅外運,上清液回流到均質調節池內,重新回到污水處理系統。
